Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of your subscription purchase
- Your account must have used fewer than 50 subscription credits since the date of purchase
- Refunds apply to subscription plans only — one-time add-on credit packages are non-refundable
- Your account must be in good standing and must not have violated our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
- 1. Email support@imgfy.io from your registered email address
- 2. Include your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- 3. Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your original purchase date
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method — there are no processing fees
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
- Upon refund approval, your account will revert to the free tier and unused subscription credits will be removed
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Subscription plans where the 3-day refund window has passed
- Accounts that have used 50 or more subscription credits since purchase
- One-time add-on credit packages (these do not expire and are non-refundable)
- Partial refunds for partially used subscription periods or mid-cycle cancellations
